Playing a prerecorded audio message is a quite difficult thing. I dont like it and we'd have to include a binary file in the repo. I dont like that. Don't think thats coming. Usually blind people have some means to get some text read out.

Considering that if you are able to configure codechecker appropriately to use the voice outputter (this implies at least you're able to run coala -h, read that text somehow and pass a --voice option or so) you are usually able to read that message one way or another.

This VoiceOutputter is merely about comfort. I am sure blind programmers have some terminals which read out some text automatically but if we have an additional VoiceOutputter we can output things like questions and other things more appropriately to this target group.
