Indeed. blocks_per_track ignored heads... Now fixed in 088a3dd

Hi @cnvogelg. Sorry I wasn't able to respond to this sooner. Your change fixes the partition table, but introduces a new problem which means that a real Amiga format command does not work. I think I've identified the problem and made PR #33.
This is a great project, by the way!
