Hi, my name’s Cenk Tüysüz (/ˈdʒɛŋk tu:jsu:z/), and I’m a Ph.D. candidate in quantum computing. I love working on multidisciplinary projects, and in fact, this is what brought me to quantum computing. I enjoy working with people from all around the world and am always looking for new collaboration opportunities to broaden my horizons. Below is a non-exhaustive list of my current research interests. Feel free to reach out via your favorite platform.

Research Interests:

  • Quantum machine learning (QML); trainability and expressive capacity of QML models, barren plateaus, warm starting.
  • Generative learning with QML
  • Geometric machine learning; representation theory, category theory
  • Understanding hardware noise to maximize utility of current hardware
  • Physics simulations with Quantum Computing
  • High Energy Physics applications of Quantum Computing

You can find more details about me on my website 👉 cnktysz.github.io

metu-ceng798 icon metu-ceng798

Repository for CENG798: Quantum Computation tutorials and projects

pennylane icon pennylane

PennyLane is a cross-platform Python library for differentiable programming of quantum computers. Train a quantum computer the same way as a neural network.

pennylane-qulacs icon pennylane-qulacs

Qulacs plugin for PennyLane, the cross-platform Python library for quantum machine learning, automatic differentiation, and optimization of hybrid quantum-classical computations

qaml-z icon qaml-z

QAML-Z: Quantum adiabatic machine learning with zooming

qiskit-quantum-state-classifier icon qiskit-quantum-state-classifier

Pilote project testing a quantum state classifier based on distance matrix computation on a set of twenty highly entangled separable states. A Monte Carlo simulation is performed to determine the minimal state copies allowing to maintain the error below a given threshold.
