feat: Add tags for the aws_codedeploy_applications table in AWS about cloudquery

Hi @yipsmith - As far as I can tell CodeDeploy Applications do not support tagging. Can you provide documentation on how to grab the tags?

Hey @bbernays, apologies I forgot to link the docs. Code deploy is a little odd, you'd think they would return tags under the GetApplications api or ListApplications but there is a separate API called ListTagsForResource that we could leverage. Hope that helps.

I erroneously closed the issue, please disregard that. Reopened as issue is still relevant.

So CodeDeploy applications don't have an ARN (that I'm aware of) so we can't use the ListTagsForResource API as that requires the resource ARN. If i am missing something please correct me!

I am closing this issue as the resource doesn't seem to support tagging. Please re-open with documentation if I am missing something!
