Yes, should I extract all important sections and create a new post, but It is a complex post. Should it be generalized ?

@vibhatha, what do you mean by generalized?

I would just make that all relevant information to students is found in the new thread.

Most of this thread is covered in our discussions on how to use github with rebase, merging conflicts and so on.

We might even make this thread private since we have only one student participant and the most of the information is covered elsewhere.

So this means we can not close the issue as they are not integrated in the Web page? Did we not say, we consolidate the FAQs than move them to the Web page than change the links in piazza to the web page and than it is done.
