@dimitargnikolov Related to PR #98 add a warning to the python intro about alternative python installations. Something like, they're available, but make it clear eg with a .. warning:: section under the list of canopy, etc, that we do not suggest using them for this class.

Reopening since I want to add an example of using map and another using the multiprocessing API. Will add tonight.

Did some cleanup and minor edits, so it's ready to publish.

I will include the map/reduce example in the big data tutorial for next week per our meeting today.
