@MarkKropf Is DB2 or Informix database support a priority for the ruby buildpack? If not, we'll close this issue soon due to inactivity.

@praveend Currently our fork of the heroku ruby buildpack is very far behind heroku's master. We do not want to continue to maintain a fork this far away form master, so these changes are not something I would prioritize at this moment.
