Can't push builpack with ruby-2.1.5 about ruby-buildpack

@rkutin Ruby 2.1.5 is not supported with ruby buildpack 1.6.5. We recommend updating the ruby specified by your application's Gemfile to 2.2.3. For more details about which binaries are supported by the buildpack, please refer to the release notes: https://github.com/cloudfoundry/ruby-buildpack/releases/tag/v1.6.5

Ok thank you. Passed to 2.1.7 that is also supported.
And got a good lesson that better to force definition of specific version of buldpack to avoid such "good" surprises when everybody are on holidays and app is crashed after simple restage... (just because version become unsupported and trashed)
