Showing just Unassigned isn't really that useful It'd be awesome to show both Mine and Unassigned.

I have three separate mailboxes in Help Scout. It'd be awesome to be able to support a combined count.

This project is built on Help Scout’s Mailbox API 1.0. We announced the retirement of Mailbox API 1.0 last year and will end support on June 6, 2019. Firstly, I love this extension, thanks for taking some time and making it.

I had a small suggestion which I also posted as review to the extension.

I feel that once the options are configured for the extension, when clicking the extension, it should take you to the Help Scout dashboard. Since that's the first thing you do after seeing that notification, it would be a good improvisation.

There are no limits on the setting counters.

You can select negative numbers.

Once you have saved with a negative number, the extension is unstable. In my case, it will not let me change the information, and the selected mailbox is blank (with a (/) no icon when I hover over it.) Save and Close is disabled.
