sometimes pulls attachment ID url instead of file w/ extension about wpfbogp

Do we know in which cases? Code calls wp_get_attachment_image_src() will only return the data for the image or false. That's the only call to include images (except for the default image in the settings).

It's possible that function is just returning the wrong URL but can't find any evidence of that ever happening.

probably edge case. lady had it puling the ?attachementid= thing on her home page. Came from this support request:

I still can't replicate this, nor can I see the problem on her site (removed the plugin?).
