The different test cases from the paper already have the mold definitions in the code in the repository.
I am not sure what you mean with the result file? Doesn't the code run for you?

Yes, it works with a triangular mesh file for mold definition.
If you have the mesh file defined as nodes and their connectivity as for instance used in many finite element programs, you can use the MATLAB function "triangulation" to directly create the triangulation object (as opposed to using Delaunay). I have made this in the KinDrapeMAX implementation (see the function ImportAbaqusMeshAsMold.m): Link to repository here
