How are you deploying the app? The release build, including pre-compiled assets, should be generated into .\build\web\. If you are deploying from .\source\Klondike\, you may want to build in Debug mode.

I copied build\web to the server, and got this message. Copying files from
your binary distro worked as it should.

Index.aspx was replaced with a vanilla index.html in https://github.com/themotleyfool/Klondike/releases/tag/v1.0.0-beta.2.
