Solved
I change layout ID from 12 to 13 and it worked.
please change layout id for Probook 4540s to 13 in for guide and package.

I installed voodoohda but after restart my prebook 4540s goes to boot loop.
so I reinstalled Big Sur again and used your package but no lucky.
no audio, no bluetooth
