For all moved items, set up the redirect from about docs

All the pages in the site already have redirects in place. There are some high level ones that still need to be added though.

For example, assuming that there is rewrite rule in place on chocolatey.org, any attempt to load this page:

https://chocolatey.org/docs/central-management

Will result in a redirect to this page:

https://chocolatey.github.io/docs/en-us/central-management/overview

This can be tested today by trying to navigate to the following URL:

https://chocolatey.github.io/docs/docs/central-management

NOTE: the duplicate docs in the URL is due to the fact that this site is currently routed at https://chocolatey.github.io/docs this will change once the CNAME is in place.

Aside from the top level redirect from chocolatey.org/docs to docs.chocolatey.org, I believe that the necessary work here has been completed.
