FAQ Wiki not clear about *, *.install and *.portable about docs

The wiki changes are handled through Pull requests at https://github.com/chocolatey/choco-wiki

I think I am clear on this part, but I am trying to create an automatic "tri package" and I had to do a lot of detective work to get as far as I did. I'm, as far as I know, finished, but I have no idea how ketarin is supposed to update the "app.install" when it points to "app", and it's not clear how all three packages will be pushed to the repo.

This is definitely something that can be improved upon. Moving to the docs repo.
