How did you solve this? I tried modifying the plugin code, with loacation.reload() method. I except it to reload once after selecting state, but this kept reloading.

dear it the problem still in there after updating the latest version of the plugin

its happened only if we activate Floating field labels for checkout page
once you disable Floating field labels on checkout page its work fine

@andrewfelo I will suggest you write a function that reloads the page after selection. location.reload(); I solved for someone, but I don't have access to the server again. I would have revisited my code to share the snippet. If you want me to help out, we could use a google meeting or zoom.
