City town, does not lockin about woocommerce_states_places

Hmm, if it does the same thing with Nigeria's city, the problem is likely from your site. Check your site configuration.

I changed the theme to the tewentyten, it does the same thing.
And another thing that i observed, is that if you pick a state, than change it, it will make 2 city/town dropdown menus.
