Provisioning Azure VM with SSH identity file - why failing on password? about knife-azure

There seems to be an issue with the users for the images like RightImage.
If you can, try using another image -
b39f27a8b8c64d52b05eac6a62ebad85__Ubuntu-12_04_2-LTS-amd64-server-20130225-en-us-30GB
until we fix the issue with the image under consideration.

If I ssh azureuser@ip and accept the thumbprint I connect just fine
without a password - is there a specific reason why the knife bootstrap is
trying a password?

Ahh that's exactly what it is - I didn't realize I was deploying to that; used one of those images and it all works great! Thank you.
