Vagrant 1.6.4 has been released with a fix for that bug.

Sadly the fix added a critical bug and 1.6.4 is not suitable for use. I contributed a fix that'll resolve it and will be in the next release

@andytson do you know if there will there be a 1.6.5 release soon to fix that? Compiling from source is fun and all but the rest of the team doesn't like to do that! :)

There were some additional bugs that needed fixing, however now Vagrant 1.6.5 is out, and supports RHEL 7 and CentOS 7
