These restrictions are the RPC provider. They place these limits for rate limiting reasons.

You have a few options:

• break the requests up and place an interruption in between the requests
• Find another RPC provider with higher limits or request a limit increase
• Sync a node yourself
• Find alternative source of this data
• use Google BigQuery, these events are already pre processed (your uniswap2 events) simply run sql query and save to storage in Google Cloud
