@sidh Hey! I don't quite understand what you're suggesting.

sed -e '1,/---/d' seems to be doing exactly what it is intended to do- remove everything from the first occurrence of --- to the second occurrence of ---.

And I see nothing in this repository mentions the use of sed -e '1,/---/d' with helmfile, right? 🤔

Yes it does exactly what it supposed to. Which results in removing first manifest rendered by helmfile whatever that manifest is. For us it happened to be limitrange manifest.
