How do we indicate when we are on vacation/unavailable? about community

• If the individual is associated with a particular Working Group, he/she could intimate the working group in the meet prior to the one they won't be able to attend. Maybe simply add a note below the attendees' section of the next meeting?
• Another could be to simply inform the chairs of the WG or the community manager via mail/slack or any other suitable means.

I like the idea of setting the unavailable status somewhere so community members can find it.

Adding an info in the meeting notes might also work - worth trying.

I'm not sure if GitHub is the best place, since it is a public profile for other uses as well, not just for CHAOSS.

Once we decide on something, it would be great to add to the Community Handbook 👍
