Well, that seems to happen when a left or right click happens but probably not from a player, right?
Since you server seems to have mods too.

Maybe it's the same problem mcMMO-Dev/mcMMO#1749
Or I can try to disable pvp for the thermal fakeplayer: [CoFH]

Yes, it's caused by some kind of fake player, i will try to ignore these fake players in the code.
