ChainerUI supports only MomentumSGD and lr. Additionally, the optimizer is required to be registered in 'main' space on updater. We added it to user guilde.

We have a plan to support other optimizers, and hyper parameters are required to set as UpdateRule arguments.

Thanks @disktnk , In regards to CommandsExtension being used with chainermn, do parameter adjustments apply to all nodes when carrying out distributed training.
