Hi @OLA421,

you can simply use the ! for launching labelCloud within jupyter. Simply call ...

!python3 labelCloud.py

... from the labelCloud folder or ...

!python3 -m labelCloud

... from everywhere.

Execution with imports is currently not working.

Hi Christoph, Thank you for your response. I have tried the commands you suggested but did not work but I did the following and it worked.
pip install PyOpenGL PyOpenGL_accelerate
then I tried this command:
%run -i labelCloud.py and it worked.

Glad to hear it works now.

A bit odd that PyOpenGL accelerate did the trick as it should not change any logic itself. Maybe it installed some dependencies which were missing before.

I would close the issue then. Feel free to reopen on related issues.
