Not sure yet what causes this issue but I'll try to fix it in the upcoming update

I get a similar error on Windows 10 with Blender 2.93.8 when I try enabling the addon.

I do use a custom startup scene, but I tried loading factory settings per your advice and to no avail.

I am getting similar error and for some reason when attempting to detect the Webcam the Cam window turns black and doesn't display the webcam feed.

I had an error with installing the python requirements. Would this be caused because I run Blender from a folder and I didn't install it? (I do this because I separate my professional work from my personal work (which is my experimental playground).
