Is it possible to use it within $resource and if so how? about angular-busy

All of the $resource methods return a promise. You'll need to use the promiseTracker to track the promise since you can't rely on the $http sugar. Something like:

angular.module('myApp').controller('myController', 
   function($scope, Form, promiseTracker){

      var promise = Form.$submit(...).$promise;
      promiseTracker('my-tracker').addPromise(promise);

});

Then you'd have cg-busy="'my-tracker'" in your html.
