Why "dmclock" is wrappered under the namespace of "crimson"? about dmclock

dmclock should not be a top-level namespace, as that might invite collisions if another implementation of dmclock should enter the codebase.

The algorithm was read to be general and not ceph-specific, so it could be used in other projects. Therefore we do not want to use ceph namespaces.

So it could be under a redhat namespace at some point in the future. 'crimson' is an identity that we sometimes use in the Ann Arbor engineering office.
