RFE: cephmetrics should be able to pull metrics for a dmcrypt OSD about cephmetrics

@scheuk Thanks for the output - that makes a lot of sense. The osd collector needs to account for the dm name for the device, instead of the physical device name. I'll set something up locally to test a fix.

@scheuk can you try the osd.py and common.py versions in the dmcrypt-support branch to see if this resolves the issue. The update also adds a couple of flags - encrypted and osd_type so there is some potential there for tracking migration from filestore to bluestore, or even making sure all the osd's are actually encrypted.

Just copy over the new versions "/usr/lib64/collectd/cephmetrics/collectors/." and restart collectd to test.

The fixes work locally - but things always work on test clusters!

I just tested your update and collectd is now working correctly and I'm seeing whisper files for the osds and journals, thanks for the quick turnaround!
