Outdated screenshots in Set Up CFG Wallet about documentation

Maybe even remove the part with how to create an account on the portal (website). Polkadot recommends to create an account using the browser extension (safer). So we can just keep instructions on how to:

• create an account using Polkadot.js browser extension
• create an account using Parity Signer

We could add a couple of screenshots as well on how to create an account using the extension; there currently are none.

@devin-black we also need to look into scaling some of the screenshots in the governance documentation.

Governance process

• Make the Cooling-off Period visual a little bigger (hard to read)

Governance Proxy and Delegation

• Some of the screenshots need to be scaled down, they are too big.

The visuals in Off-chain voting and On-chain voting look ok, but take a look at them and adjust if you think.
