Adding About-Tab to Settings-Menu about android-imsi-catcher-detector

1. into a pop-up window during install AND
2. as part of the "Disclaimer" paragraph in the "About" menu item?

@E3V3A, yes, I really love the new Disclaimer and the forced uninstallation process in the latest version. Nevertheless, I would also like to see the About-Tab as proposed to be added by @xLaMbChOpSx. He should not have to write out the whole Disclaimer text in the About-Tab again, rather just please add the links as poposed (this includes the Disclaimer on our GitHub). Thank you very much!
