I have my own minify class.

I'm doing foreach file in list:

$content = file_get_contents($this->public.$file);
$content = preg_replace('/(url\([\'"]?)/', '$1'.$this->asset.dirname($file).'/', $content);

But it should do it separately for each file (before or after to be packaged).

Maybe use some updated CssMin fork link https://github.com/IonelScutelnicu/CssMin with CssUrlPrefixMinifierPlugin

The best ways is to put your css build at the same root level of the css directory.

Like that the ../images will work
