Sorry to bump, but as far as I can tell, in the example given, you know the job ID because the job is created inside the function. In a realistic situation, the job is created somewhere else, and the job's ID is not passed to the handler's work() function. How are we supposed to call touch without knowing the job ID? Is there another way to find the job ID while the job is in progress?
