- note dependency on local jest-cli module to run tests (for some reason
npm i -g jest-cliresults in the same testing error as not having it installed)

fixed: <MemoryRouter initialEntries={[ '/child/defaultUrl' ]} > wrapper around tested component

- resolved the issue where test could not access the url value
issue with Child.test.js
- not sure how to specify the listId param
temp skip: http://facebook.github.io/jest/docs/configuration.html#testpathignorepatterns-array-string
- trying to use the skip pattern is not working
