That'd require having cbang in debian https://repology.org/project/cbang/versions

get the cbang package built from source on debian sid http://sid.ethz.ch/debian/cbang/ (see *build)
write an RFP/ITP bug report
have a DD review your source package and sponsor it (upload into debian)
pray debian/copyright is complete and DFSG compliant, so it passes ftp-master
that's all ;)
