Updating to Kodi 18.2 rc and April 15 plugin cloned from master solved most issues.
I only had a major problem after 10 minutes when a video stopped streaming but subtitles not. And the only way to restart it has been exiting that movie and restart playing.
I guess my issue is due to tethering causing errors in the stream and it's related to xbmc/xbmc#15713
from plugin.video.netflix.
