I'm glad you like this addon,
as soon as i can, verify the option for visually impaired

if you install the latest "dailybuild" version,
you can find in the addon settings, on the page "views",
the possibility of changing the sort order of the lists, you can try "Year released" or "Suggestions for you"

the new addition of the menu i put it in queue for future implementations, before this there are other priorities

Thanks for the rapid reply to my request. I do understand the needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few. Just your having the willingness to make these changes is grately appreciated.

it's your turn, as i promised you i added the Audio Description menu for people with visual impairments,
the order of the video list can be configured from the addon settings, Views.
I hope you enjoy it.
