The casper-node-launcher -> casper-node versions is inconsistent with how Docker is typically run.

Hi @sacherjj ,

I see no reason to close the thread.

Nowadays almost all nodes are in docker, you have GETH, Bitcoin and many other cryptocurrencies, why is Casper the exception?

I think that having a node in Docker opens many doors because it allows more people to be able to run a node without so much knowledge or to go through the whole installation problem from scratch.

Could this be revisited or could Casper not work with docker at this point?
