Description      : Buyer & Seller dashboard - under reverse auction "Completed" section after awarded there is no option to view proposals & give link in title to view the product details

Keep relevant one & hide unused options: If we comment we may delete the code and also may forget the functionality. So these buttons can be here.

Hi Siva,

I have checked above fixed issue, 1st one is working fine in buyer dashboard but in seller dashboard not working which i have mentioned in another case. 

Agreed for 2nd one.
