Stop asking me to georeference about cartodb

In fact, I can't seem to edit the cartocss on this table. A bit of a weakness here

Sure sure, no problem.

Create New Table
Start from scratch
Go to Map Tab => message appears
Refresh page => message appears
Close page, go get a coffee, come back an reopen page => message appears

Bump, I just got this same problem. In my case the process has been:

1. Import file
2. Go to "map" tab
3. Hit "cancel" in the georeference popup
4. Go back to "table" tab
5. Again to "map" tab
6. No georeference popup appears :(

How do I start the georeferencer again, if it doesn't ask me ? Maybe you should get a message "should you ever need it again, go here" when the user hits "cancel" ? \cc @saleiva
