Now it is fixed by using 'load' instead of 'load_model'
from tweetnlp.

Which version of tweetnlp are you using? Old version before we introduced dataset functionality, load was used but recent version relies on load_model as a correspondence to load_dataset. So I would recommend to update tweetnlp to the latest version (0.4.1).
