[🐞 Bug]: The treasury calculation output is different from the actual treasury value starting at epoch 350 (close before Babbage era) about cf-java-rewards-calculation

The treasury is now correct until epoch 350 as there were more changes introduced coming with the Vasil hard fork. The main issue was that the reward calculation starts 48h after the epoch boundary and account registrations and deregistrations will be captured here and ignore the member reward for deregistered account (undistributed rewards go back to the reserves. If the account deregisters later than 48h but before the next epoch boundary, reward are computed but as they can not be distributed, they go to the treasury instead.

The issue was related to this dbsync issue IntersectMBO/cardano-db-sync#1457 as we pulled block count and fees from the epoch table. It has now been fixed due to query to the block and tx table instead of using those aggregations.
