Replace spring-boot-parent with camunda-parent about camunda-bpm-spring-boot-starter

Question is: which conventions do we want to keep? For a camunda community extension it would make more sense imho to follow the other extension projects (using camunda-release-parent).

It is no problem to use the camunda-release-parent as parent and just
import the spring-boot one as dependencyManagement. You just have to
configure the plugins, for example

org.springframework.boot
spring-boot-maven-plugin

by hand.
