Hey @datdt-026,

I can launch the app normally both through CLI & XCode without any issues.

One thing I needed to fix was to add react-freeze to transformed node_modules in webpack.config. Also the app was missing some modules which you removed, so after adding the rule and commenting out the missing modules in source code I was able to get everything running smoothly.

I've also noticed that your start command does not pass port argument properly:

"start": "react-native webpack-start --host 127.0.0.1 -- port 8081"

as there is a unnecessary space between -- and port. But it still defaults to port 8081 so it doesn't matter in this case.

OMG, i run it successfully.
I upgrade the callstack/repack to 3.6.0 and run with --host with wifi IP.
Thank you so much, Merry Xmas and Happy New Year! <3

Hi @datdt-026,

are you sure you've used webpack-start command everytime? This kind of error usually happens when you bundle with metro instead of webpack by mistake. If this is not the case, please provide a reproduction repository so I can help see what's wrong with your setup, thanks!

You can remove the build phase witch starts the metro server in development in XCode to get rid of this. However, since you also start Re.Pack you should be just fine with clicking on Reload JS on the simulator.

Another thing that comes to my mind is that if you don't use the default port of 8081, and you want to run the app through XCode it might require changing in some place. I'm not sure where to change it in XCode (i'll get back to you on that), but when running iOS through CLI, you should also pass --port, and that should match the port used with webpack-start.

I'm using the default port 8081. When i stop metro, start webpack, it show the error with the images above.
I reloadJS on my device and it show that.
Here is my repo: https://github.com/datdo26/meid_app
Thank you for seeing what's wrong in my setup.
