A more 'classic' port

Hey @calclavia- I'm getting back into modding development and I'm going to try and actually do this port like I mentioned months ago. I'm going to start out with a Forge-based port to 1.7.10, and if I have the time, migrate to the NOVA API afterwards. Let me know if you want me to make it public.

Radar item

Hi i installed icbm classic and all the dependencies
but it looks like the radar block doesn't work

How can i get a .jar of this and since it uses NOVA will it work on 1.7.10?

EMP not affecting anything?

I have been testing out ICBM classic for bugs and server crashing items and have found that the EMP does not drain the power from anything. This includes Big reactors, thermal expansion, mekanism, redstone armoury/arsenal, enderIO, quantumflux, simply jetpacks, mffs and maybe others I dont remember. Basically it fails at its job. Could this be fixed?
