Maybe we should do a migration to set every confirmedEmail to false so everyone need to confirm it? @csokol

I prefer to set everyone to true, but I think this will be up to the app
owner, so I don't think we should implement as a migration in mamute.

I also think that this confirmation should be optional (I don't want to
enable this feature for meta.mamute.org or demo.mamute.org, fo example)

maybe required for creating new question/answers/comment? the user still can read all the topics, but will be allowed to post something just when confirm email! not good?

csokol, mamute has a controlPanel? would be nice to just open mamute.org/administration, and some options like this "enable/disable email verification" for easy access, etc..

I think that it should be required for anything, voting and flagging
included.

We dont have a control panel yet. I prefer to develop this feature as a
simple environment property, than we wont need to worry about storing the
properties in memory or in the db.

When/if doing it, don't forget about users who joined via social networks as their email should be considered confirmed already.
