did you run dep ensure?

No, I just cloned the project and ran that command
(I am pretty new to golang)

yeah, you need to install dep ( https://github.com/golang/dep ) and something like:
go get -d github.com/caarlos0/starcharts
cd $(go env GOPATH)/src/github.com/caarlos0/starcharts
dep ensure
