it only return class id , but i want get Confidence level score...

because man sample not in any class ..

I guess you might be intereseted in Linear.predictProbability() which returns a per-class probability estimation.

Example:

double probabilityEstimates[] = new double[numClasses];
double prediction = Linear.predictProbability(model, instance, probabilityEstimates);
// use the values in probabilityEstimates

However, probability output is only supported for logistic regression, i.e. one of the following solvers: L2R_LR, L1R_LR, L2R_LR_DUAL
