Sometimes my secondary card wont turn off after I closed all optiruns about bumblebee

Hmm.... Comparing the logs with the messages you should be seeing, it seems everything should be working (no "error turning card off" messages or anything, like you should be getting if there was a failure somewhere).
Can you run bumblebeed with the -vv switch for debugging messages? That might provide some more information...

Also, what version were you using when this happened? Does it still happen with the latest?

The PM method used here is vga_switcheroo, but the nvidia driver also tries to load itself. I think it has been resolved now.
