The disableOnError functionality should be implemented, I think there was a problem in the merge from v1.5 to v2.0.0. I'm going to investigate and write some specs.

Let's also change the appver to appVersion. I find it more intuitive.

@tsironis works like a charm. but these are "breaking" changes for folks already using appver..
maybe adding something like config.appVersion = config.appVersion || config.appver; to initAndStartSession?
